If a custom adder is not an option within V2 and is not populating to use in your deal, an admin can follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Check to make sure that the adder is active in V2 Adder Settings by clicking Settings > Pricing > Adders. Check that is in included in the pricing model being used by going to Settings > Pricing > Pricing Models, and clicking on the correct model. The adder needs to be in the adder box to be available.
Return to Settings > Pricing > Adders and click on the adder in question to check the settings. The adder should be set up to allow a manual toggle on proposal or have auto-apply selected as appropriate.
Check to make sure there is a question added to add the pricing in under Input fields. If there is not a question, one will need to be set up. Chat with Enerflo Support for assistance.
If all of the above are correct then click on the pencil next to the pricing option
Make sure that the adder is not being filtered or targeted out in any situation.
If the adder is on the proposal, but not calculating any pricing, open the proposal edit screen. In the lower right hand corner, click "Edit Inputs" and enter in the missing inputs. The adder should now calculate.
