"Internal Server Error" when trying to import an Aurora design

If "internal server error" shows when trying to import an Aurora design, first check that the project ID is correctly formatted. If the dashes are removed from the project ID, the project will not be recognized.

The project ID can be found in the Aurora project dashboard URL. For example if your URL is "/projects/123-abc/overview/dashboard" your project ID would be 123-abc. The ID follows "project" in the URL.

If the ID is confirmed and the error still populates, check that there is not an existing Aurora design linked to the deal. A deal in Enerflo can only be linked to one Aurora account.

If there is already a linked account, create a new deal and import your completed design, or update the design on the already linked Aurora account.
