GoodLeap TPO solar access or TSRF error

GoodLeap TPO only works with Aurora API and Aerialytic as the design options. If any other design tool is used, these errors will populate.

If you are getting either of these errors, they can be solved by following these steps.

  1. Make sure you are using Aurora or Aerialytic as your design tool. If using Aurora, follow the steps below.

  2. Go into the Aurora design and click the irradiance (sun) icon. If there is no information, wait for irradiance to run.

    1. Click the download button and view the shade report.

    2. Go back to Enerflo and re-sync the design

    1. Save and update pricing in the proposal.

  3. The errors should now be cleared.
