Auto-Scheduler : "No appointments Found"

When a user is using the auto-scheduler to schedule an appt and gets the error "No appointments found. Please check your appointment type settings to ensure there is a time window", it is possible that the user trying to schedule the appt is not in the same office the lead is assigned to.

To fix a "no appointments found" error, a company admin can do the following:

  1. Go to Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Settings > Appointment Types.

  2. Click on the blue pencil next to the appointment name to edit.

  3. Find the setting at the bottom of the appointment labeled, "DO NOT require the users to be in the SAME office as the customer?" Check the box and click save. This allows users in different offices to schedule an appointment using the auto-scheduler.

  4. Return to the lead page and schedule an appointment.

Alternatively, the auto-scheduler may not be able to find a time because of the length of the appointment.

For example, if the appointment type is 3 hours long and is set to have a 30 minute buffer between appointments, then the auto scheduler system will try to find a rep that has a 3 hour opening with a 30 minute buffer before and after the appointment. Because most reps do not have openings that large in their schedule, the fix would be to remove the buffer on the appointment type to create more opportunities for auto scheduler to find an opening in reps' schedules.
