Financing Error: No products are available

If you see an error that states, "No products are available for this financing method. Please try a different one or contact your Enerflo Admin" underneath the finance product dropdown, check to make sure there are products available.

  1. An org admin can click Settings > Pricing > Finance Options and into the financier to see which products should be available.

  2. Check product targeting either by clicking the individual product in the Finance Options page, or go to Settings > Pricing > Finance Product Targeting. Click the targeting method, click to Products, and then select finance method in the dropdown on the right to view all products at once.

  3. Equipment may now have product targeting. Check that the selected equipment is compatible with the desired financing by going to Settings > Equipment > (Modules/Inverters/Batteries) and finding the correct equipment. Targeting is within the pricing option, if one exists.

  4. For LightReach specifically, if the products are active and there is no equipment targeting, check that the utility selected within the consumption profile is one that LightReach accepts. The list can be found here.
