Aerialytic designer hours are Monday through Saturday from 6 AM Mountain time to 9 PM Mountain time. 5 AM-8PM Pacific time, or 8 AM - 11 PM Eastern time.
There is limited support coverage on Sunday from 9 AM Mountain time to 5 PM Mountain time.
Turnaround time varies depending on the volume of requests, but most are completed in about 10-15 minutes under normal circumstances. Manual designs can take an hour or longer to complete. During periods of high demand, designs may take longer as requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
