Double check the lead's email and phone number have been entered and are not blank. Once the phone number and email have been entered on the lead, this error will resolve.

A user with Admin settings can click Settings > Org > Plugins
Find the Solo plugin and click on Settings.
Select the Accounts tab:
Here you will see the mapping screen. Use the search bar to search for the Sales org.
In the Solo Account Dropdown, search again for Sales org name next to the correct Sales org and select correct Solo Account. Click Save.
If no authorized dealers are set for that org you will not see the Authorized Dealer Solo Account table.
Unknown Solo Error: User's company_id doesn't match logIn/input company_id or any of it's children company_id. Please check the inputted user information and try again.
Check the Solo Account Settings under the integrations tab on the user profile by clicking your name in the top right corner and then "My Account."
Ensure the email entered in the Solo Account Settings box matches the email account created for the user in Solo.
If the email entered in the integrations box is correct, a green check mark will appear.
If a red X appears, the wrong solo account may be linked under the EPC solo plugin or the email address is wrong. In this instance, please contact Enerflo support.
