Customer Highlighted Red or Yellow in the Install Tracker

What red and yellow row highlighting means in the Enerflo install tracker — red indicates a milestone past its estimated completion date, yellow indicates 48 hours or less remaining.

The install tracker has a feature that will track and highlight projects that are past due for their estimated completion date.

When both the start date and estimated completion date are entered into a milestone, the estimated completion date will be used to indicate specific projects needing review.

If a customer is highlighted in:

  • Red - the current milestone has passed its estimated completion date

  • Yellow - there are 48 hours or less until the milestone's estimated completion date

  • Blue - the milestone is currently in Started status (as opposed to not-yet-started, or completed, which shows a checkmark). Blue only appears once a milestone has actually been marked Started; if a status was just changed, you may need to refresh the page for the highlight to update.

Note on multi-part milestones: Some milestones are configured as a two-part milestone (for example, Engineering Review and Permit & Interconnection Submitted). For these, only the second/paired milestone will ever show the blue "Started" highlight — the first part will not highlight blue on its own. This is expected behavior based on how the milestone pair is grouped, not a bug.

Automatically triggering the next milestone's start date: If you'd like a milestone's start date to automatically trigger when the prior milestone is marked complete, this can be turned on per org. Contact support or your admin to confirm whether this setting is enabled for your organization.

There is currently no way to customize which specific milestones are eligible to show the blue highlight — this has been logged as a feature request.
