The finance application can sometimes get stuck on Dividend. To get the correct other integrated financier to populate in its place follow these steps:
Open the deal and go to the proposal tab. Make sure the correct lender option and proposal are selected.
View the proposal.
Go to payment terms slide and click "Apply now".
Go back to the financing tab on the deal (outside of the proposal) and click "View Application"
It should now be showing the correct lender application and not Dividend.
