Unable to View Proposal/Agreement/Design Portal

Why a sales rep assigned to a deal may be unable to view the proposal, agreement, or design portal, and how an admin can fix it by updating the user's View Only setting.

If a sales rep is assigned to a deal but is unable to view the Proposal/Agreement/Design Portal, they may be set as a "View Only" user. An admin can edit this on the sales rep's user profile under the "Admin Settings" section.
