Sunlight Loan Types
Sunlight Financial offers the following loan product types in Enerflo:
1) Standard Solar → The loan can include home improvement items (e.g. pool pump, reroof) with some limitations. The majority of the loan amount must be specific to the solar system, with only 10–15% going toward home improvement (depending on PPW). HVAC cannot be included in a Standard Solar loan.
2) SunSaver → A Sunlight product type with an escalating monthly payment structure. The monthly payment display in proposals includes a continuing escalator note. SunSaver products are part of the same Sunlight plugin as standard loans and are managed together.
3) Battery Only → A loan product that can be used for battery costs only. Battery-only products must be synced from the Sunlight settings page.
Two Loans / Multiple Properties
A customer can get two Sunlight loans (e.g. for a primary and secondary residence). However, if the properties are within a certain distance of each other, Sunlight will only approve one. Each loan will have its own credit inquiry.
Syncing Sunlight Products
To sync Sunlight loan products, go to Settings > Pricing > Finance Options > Sunlight Financial and click the Sync button. This pulls the most up-to-date products and dealer fees from Sunlight's API.
