No SOLO User Found When Submitting a Design Request

If the error: No solo user found with email shows when submitting a design request to Solo, please follow the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:

Check the email listed under the rep's Solo Integration. This can be found by checking the integration settings on the user's profile.

This email IS CASE SENSITIVE, which means even if the email matches, if any of the letters are capitalized in one spot but not the other, they will get an error. If the email entered in is correct, then an admin should double check that the user is associated with the right company in Solo.

If the user account does not show under the right company, the user needs to work with their sales manager to get a Solo account created. Enerflo support cannot create user accounts in Solo.
