To edit signer information or co-signer information go to the Agreement page. Click on Edit Signer Info.
This screen will appear.
Click "Co-signer" to access a section where the cosigner info can be added.
Add the cosigner info into this spot in full, and make sure the information matches the same information on the lead customer information page.
If primary signer information needs to be updated it can be done under the Primary Signer section.
Make sure to click "save changes" after updating any information in this section.
Once changes have been made, be sure to Rebuild on the bottom of the screen to pull any changes made into the agreement.
To check to see how many signers are on the Agreement click on "Sign In Person". If there is a co-signer then there will be two boxes.
