Adder Not Showing in Proposal

How to troubleshoot an adder that isn't appearing on a proposal in Enerflo, including checking active status, pricing model assignment, and activation conditions — and how to resolve "no pricing options available" caused by targeting rules.

If an adder is not showing on a proposal, first check to make sure it is active. An org admin can do so by clicking Settings > Pricing > Adders. The Status column will show if an adder is active or a draft.

If the adder is active but not showing, check to make sure it is attached to the pricing model being used by the deal template or authorized dealer.

Click Settings > Pricing > Pricing Models and click into the pricing model being used on the deal template. Next, make sure the adder has been added to the pricing model in the adder box.

Check that the pricing model is attached to the deal type being used under deal templates. If the pricing model is not attached to the deal template, the adder will not show.

If the adder is added on the proposal but shows "did not activate", the adder has custom pricing set up that only allows the adder to activate when certain conditions are met.

Adder Shows "No Pricing Options Available"

If an adder is visible on a proposal but shows "no pricing options available" instead of a price, the adder has targeting rules that are excluding the current deal.

This occurs when the adder is set to include or exclude certain sales orgs, installer markets, or sales teams, and the deal you are working on falls outside those rules.

An org admin can check by clicking Settings > Pricing > Adders, then clicking the adder name and clicking the edit icon on the pricing option. Search for the authorized dealer, installer market, or sales team the deal is created under to see how targeting is configured.

If the deal is being excluded by the targeting rules, an org admin will need to update them. Enerflo support cannot adjust adder targeting unless requested by an admin.
