Using Gross Cost Override With a TPO or PPA

Why a Gross Cost Override cannot be used with TPO or PPA products like LightReach or GoodLeap TPO, and what options are available instead.

A Gross Price Override cannot be used with a TPO or PPA (LightReach or GoodLeap TPO for example) because they use a pricing model that ensures savings. The only way the user can influence the price is through the escalator or kWh rate, or by using adders that have been mapped to a specific improvement type. Price overrides are only available to use on traditional loans or cash deals.
