Aurora design array on face 1 has unsupported inverter configuration (no inverter/MLPE)

How to fix the "unsupported inverter configuration" error on an Aurora design in Enerflo by clicking Done in Sales Mode or stringing the inverters together in Aurora Design Mode.

When you see this error, you need to select DONE in the top right corner of Sales Mode in Aurora.

If you select DONE in the top right hand corner in sales mode and this does not clear the error, check to see if the inverters are strung together. Select the entire system and click string/connect and choose the inverter you want to string onto this system. Then re-sync the design to Enerflo. This should clear the error.

In Aurora, reps or the design team can string them together in Aurora Design Mode.

⚠️ Note: If you add additional panels to a design that already has strung inverters, you will need to re-string the inverters again in Aurora before syncing — simply adding panels does not automatically re-associate them with the existing string. If you sync without re-stringing, the sync to Enerflo can come through with no panels or inverters at all, even if the design looked correct in Aurora.

If this happens: go back into Aurora Design Mode, select the entire system, click String/Connect, and choose the inverter to re-string the full array (including any newly added panels). Re-sync to Enerflo once restrung.
