If you are getting this error when attempting to create a proposal, you can follow these steps.
Solution:
Go into the consumption profile being used.
Select “residential” and change it to anything else.
Now change it back to “residential.”
Click “Done.”
Go back to the proposal.
Click on the “Update Pricing” button.
The error should now be cleared.
