If you need to reach out to an Internal Design Team (like Aerialytic or if your company has their own designers completing designs) through chat, follow the steps below based on the type of design service you're using.
For Internal Design Team Requests
Navigate to the Deal Page.
Click on Design Requests and select your submitted request.
The design request will open, and the designer chat will appear within the request window.
Note: Chat with the Internal Design Team is only available while the design is in progress. Once a design is approved, chat access will be disabled. To request further changes after approval, you’ll need to submit a new design request.
For Aerialytic Design Requests
From the Deal Page, go to Designs and click +New Design to submit and auto-generate a design.
After the design is generated, review it. If changes are needed, click Request Changes at the bottom.
A pop-up box will appear where you can annotate the design and leave notes for the designer.
Once submitted, a chat box will open, allowing you to communicate directly with the Aerialytic design team.
