If you are unable to log into your account and are getting an error that states, "This Enerflo account is currently suspended. Please contact your company admin to help resolve this issue", you will need to reach out to a company admin to get this resolved.

Enerflo Support is unable to make changes to account status.

Org admins can follow these steps to reactivate a suspended or inactive user account in Enerflo V2:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Org > Users.

  2. Locate the suspended or inactive user account in the users list.

  3. Click the arrow next to the user account details.

  4. Change the status from Suspended/Inactive to Active.

If the user account status is set to active in Enerflo V2 but the error is still displayed, this may indicate that access to Enerflo has been globally suspended for the organization or individual. In such cases, please reach out directly to your account manager or Enerflo support for further assistance.
