If you are unable to log into your account and are getting an error that states, "This Enerflo account is currently suspended. Please contact your company admin to help resolve this issue", you will need to reach out to a company admin to get this resolved.

Enerflo Support is unable to make changes to account status.

An org admin can check a user's status by navigating to Settings > Org > Users, searching the desired user and using the dropdown under status. If the status is set to archived or suspended, it can be placed back to active to allow the user to login again.

If the account is set to active and the error is still showing, it is likely that access to Enerflo has been suspended. In this case, please reach out to your account manager or to Enerflo support.
