The average monthly usage and average rate pull directly from the consumption profile. If changes are needed, edit the consumption profile and then update proposal pricing to view the changes. If you have added actual monthly consumption values, those will be shown in green vs gray for estimates.
The "Current Monthly Utility Bill" and "Remaining Utility Bill After Solar" are average monthly utility costs for the first year. So while the system is "100% offset" (based on total yearly) there may be a handful of months where consumption is expected to be much higher than production. The customer would be charged by the utility for that, and it will add to the remaining utility bill after solar. This model assumes an annual true-up, where the customer balance zeroes out once per year.
