This error is caused by an apostrophe in the city name of the lead's address, which Aerialytic cannot process.
If you start an Aerialytic design and then get an internal server error, check the address name.
If the city has an apostrophe (') in it, remove the apostrophe.
Once the apostrophe is removed, this should resolve the error and you will be able to run your Aerialytic design.
