If you are adding an adder to a proposal, and seeing "no pricing options available" instead of a price, check the adder setup.
"No pricing options available" will show instead of a price when the adder is set to be excluded or included for certain sales orgs or markets and the deal you are adding the adder on is not included in the targeting.
An org admin can view the adder setup by clicking Settings > Pricing > Adders. Click the name of the adder. Click the edit icon in the pricing options section, and search for the authorized dealer, installer market, or sales team the deal is created under.
If the deal is set to be excluded, this is why you are seeing 'no pricing options available' for the adder cost. An org admin will need to change or update the adder targeting to fix this. Enerflo support cannot adjust targeting unless at the request of an admin.
