If the location needs to be changed on your design, any previous designs will need to be archived before the new location can be used.
From the design stage, click on "design requests" next to Designs.
Click on the 3 dots next to the lead ID and then select Archive Request. If this is greyed out, the design is in use by a proposal and can't be archived until that is removed.
If you need to archive a design that is being used in a proposal, follow the steps below.
First see if there is a different design you can switch to on the proposal. If not, you will need to create a new placeholder design and switch the design on the proposal before you can archive the existing Aerialytic design.
If there is no other design to change to, select +new design and select "Upload Design"
Create a placeholder design by filling out the required fields. These do not need to be accurate as the design will not actually be used.
Click save.
Go to the Proposal stage and click edit on the proposal.
Under the Design drop down, select your replacement design.
Select Save and Update Pricing. Finance method may need to be changed if errors do not allow the proposal to be updated. It can be changed back when the new design is completed.
Once the update is successful, close the proposal and go back to the design.
Click Design Requests, then the 3 dots next to lead ID and archive request.
At the prompt select Confirm.
