Aurora: 401 Restricted Access error

If you are getting a 401: Restricted Access error when trying to access Aurora, it is likely that the Aurora project is created under a different account than the one you are logged in with. If you have multiple accounts for different installers for example, ensure you are logged into the correct account.

If the project is listed under your projects and you still cannot view it, reach out to Aurora's support team for additional assistance.
