If a lead is showing on the EPC's Install Tracker but NOT on the Sales Org's Install tracker this may be because the deal type is no longer enabled for the sales team to use.
To fix this, open the deal, go the the contracting stage, view the contract, and click Re-run Install.
Refresh the Sales Org's install tracker and the lead will now show.
