If you are using an iPhone or IOS device and Enerflo images are distorted, here is how to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Go to "settings" and scroll down. Find "camera" and click on it.

  2. In the opened tab, click on "formats"

  3. Now you can choose the format, "Most compatible" this will turn off heic
