If financing is completed outside of Enerflo, but financing is required to be completed as a pre-requisite for contracting, a user with admin permissions can follow the steps below to temporarily bypass the financing requirement and allow the sales rep to move onto contracting.
Access Deal Template:
Navigate to the deal template in the Enerflo platform. Click Settings > Deal > Deal Templates. Click the + next to the deal template, and then click the correct version to open it and edit.
Navigate to Plugin Settings:
Go to the “Contracting” section.
Adjust Financing Prerequisite:
Locate the option “Require Completed Financing as Prerequisite”.
If this is set to “Yes”, the deal will not proceed until the financing is completed.
Change this setting to “No” to allow the representative to move into contracting since there is proof that the financing has been approved.
Proceed with Contracting:
Once the setting is changed, proceed with the deal as normal.
Set financing prerequisite back to "Yes" once bypassed.
