Creating a Proposal: The selected utility is not supported by LightReach

If you are unable to select Lightreach when creating a proposal, and the messaging states, "The selected utility is not supported by LightReach. No products are available for this financing method. Please update the utility selected under Consumption Profile or choose a different financing method," there are several possibilities of what the issue might be.

First, check to ensure that the utility is approved for use with LightReach:. You can do so here: https://help.palmetto.finance/en/articles/8500574-active-utilities

Additionally, Installers must have negotiated pricing with LightReach for the given utility in order for it to be an option. Essentially, just because a utility is found on the above list, does not necessarily mean that it is a viable option for that installer. They can speak with their LightReach account manager in this situation to unlock pricing for that utility.

If the utility is found on LightReach's approved list, then the next thing is to have an admin with the installer check that there is a valid contractor's license number for the given market on file with LightReach. This can be done by viewing the Org Settings in the LightReach Portal. If there is no license on file, then contact your Lightreach Relationship Manager to unlock pricing in the licensed state.
