Install contracts (also known as agreements and HICs) are documents signed by the customer purchasing a solar system. Contracts are maintained by EPC organizations, and may vary based on state, financing method, or other considerations.
Agreements are generated in the Contracting stage of the deal within Enerflo.
Note that a proposal must be finalized in order to generate an install contract. Once a proposal has been finalized, go to the Contracting stage and click Generate Contract.
When it has finished generating, it will open up to the signer information screen. If needed, edit the signer information or address, or add a cosigner or NEM signer here. Click Save Changes when the information is correct. If any changes have been made, the agreement will rebuild.
The agreement will now be visible. Click the dropdown that says "Master (All)" to see a list of documents included in the signing package.
Use the buttons on the bottom to edit signer info, rebuild the agreement after any changes have been made, or sign by email. If you have appropriate permissions, it is also possible to sign on device, upload signed documents, or remove the agreement altogether.
When the agreement has been signed by all parties, the Contracting stage will turn green and show "Contract Signed!" If there is a cosigner or NEM signer, this will not happen until they have signed as well as the primary signer.
