Adding a Missing Utility Company or Rate
If a utility company is unavailable in the dropdown list, or rates are not appearing for an available utility, users cannot add these directly. To request the addition of a missing utility company or rates to the database:
Obtain a Utility Bill: Secure a copy of the customer’s utility bill that clearly shows the service address, utility name, and rates. If the bill does not show rates, it may take longer or be impossible to add to the database.
Submit the Bill for Verification: Submit the utility bill to Enerflo Support so that it can be escalated to Enerflo's third-party utility data provider. The provider will verify the service address and add the utility to the list of available options. Personal information such as customer name and account number can be redacted. - The service address and ZIP code should remain visible for proper verification.
