Why can't I view leads and projects in Enerflo, and how do I fix it?

Why a user can't view leads and projects in Enerflo and how to fix it, including role requirements for company-wide, team-based, and office-specific deal visibility.

Key Reasons for Visibility Issues

  1. Insufficient Role Permissions - Viewing all company leads requires the Company Admin role. Roles such as Project Manager, Operations, or Sales Rep do not include access to all leads company-wide.

  2. No Sales Reps Assigned to You - If you can't see team leads or projects, it might be because sales reps have not been assigned under your role. Without assignment, your visibility is limited.

Fixing Visibility Issues

1. For Company-Wide Visibility

  • Verify your user role. Ensure you are assigned the Company Admin role to access all company leads. Go to Your Roles > Sales Company > Leads to view all company leads.

  • If you are not currently a company admin, this role will need to be assigned by a current company admin if appropriate. Enerflo Support is not able to assign this role.

  • Avoid granting Company Admin unless broad administrative permissions are required.

2. For Team-Based Visibility

  • Users with sales rep manager, office admin, or regional manager have visibility into all deals under the sales reps, offices, or regions they manage.

  • These deals will not show up under the regular deal pipeline. Instead, they can be accessed through the Roles menu.

  • Click Your Roles > Sales Manager (Office Admin or Regional Manager) > All Deals).

  • This list will show all of the deals of sales reps that fall under the umbrella you manage.

Getting a Rep to Appear Under a Sales Manager

If a rep doesn't show up under Your Roles > Sales Manager > Reps, it's usually because the manager relationship was never set on the rep's own profile. A company admin needs to:

  1. Go to the rep's User Settings.

  2. Set the Manager field to the correct Sales Manager.

  3. Save.

Once set, the rep will appear correctly under that manager's Reps list, and their deals will be visible via Your Roles > Sales Manager > All Deals.

💡 Note: If a user needs to see every deal/install company-wide rather than just their assigned reps, that requires the Company Admin role instead — Office Admin only grants office-specific visibility. Assign the correct role from the user's profile.

3. For Office-Specific Access

  • The Sales Manager role works well if all reps are assigned to that office. If reps are not assigned, or if there are multiple managers that need visibility, the Office Admin role provides office-wide access regardless of rep assignments.

4. Reassigned Deal Not Showing for a Multi-Role User

  • If a rep has more than one role (for example, both Setter and Sales Rep) and a deal was reassigned to them, they may not see it because they're looking under the wrong role's view.

  • Have them check the appropriate menu, ex: Your Roles > Sales Rep > My Deals or Your Roles > Setter > My Deals etc. A deal assigned to their Sales Rep role won't show up under a Setter or other role's deal list.
