Enerflo Support and External Design Tools
Design Creation and Modification
Enerflo support does not assist in creating or modifying designs in external tools like Aurora. Customers or authorized users within Aurora or other design platforms are solely responsible for building and altering designs. Enerflo support agents may be able to view the design choices made by users but cannot perform changes on their behalf.
Design Syncing with Enerflo
While Enerflo does not help in building or modifying designs, the support team can assist in syncing your finalized designs from Aurora into the Enerflo platform. This can include resolving errors that prevent syncing such as missing equipment mapping.
Summary of Responsibilities
Users: Create and modify designs within external tools like Aurora or Aerialytic.
Enerflo Support: Assist with syncing completed designs to Enerflo and resolving errors within Enerflo.
Design Software Support: Handle issues related to the creation, imagery, or data availability within the external design platform.
