Error 1: "422 Unprocessable Entity: Your request was rejected because your savings is less than the minimum required amount"
What This Error Means
This error indicates that the selected financing option results in customer savings below GoodLeap's minimum required threshold.
How to Resolve It
Select a different GoodLeap TPO rate that increases the customer's potential savings to meet or exceed the minimum requirement.
Update the pricing in Enerflo to check if the new configuration clears the error.
Error 2: "System Design is Unproductive"
What This Error Means
This error means that GoodLeap has determined the current system design to be unproductive, usually due to low efficiency metrics or poorly performing components.
How to Resolve It
Optimize the system's overall design to improve productivity. This could involve removing or reconfiguring underperforming solar panels or arrays, or improving the Total Solar Resource Fraction (TSRF) by addressing placement, orientation, or shading issues.
Once the system design meets productivity standards, update the pricing to clear the error.
Contact GoodLeap for more specifics on exact requirements for savings and productivity.
Error 3: "GoodLeap Error: Applicant address must be the subject property address when homeOccupancy is PRIMARY"
What This Error Means
This error means that all address fields marked as the primary address within the application must match each other exactly.
How to Resolve It
Ensure all address fields use identical formatting. For example, if one field uses "Drive" and another uses "Dr." change all instances to match, and the error should clear.
Error 4: "Invalid Vendor"
What This Error Means
This error occurs when trying to apply for a GoodLeap loan and indicates that the equipment used in the design is not on GoodLeap's approved equipment list, or that there is a mapping issue in Enerflo. Note that when this error appears, a loan application was successfully generated β the system was simply unable to push the design details to GoodLeap.
How to Resolve It
Verify that the equipment in the design is on GoodLeap's approved equipment list.
If the equipment is confirmed as accepted and the error persists, contact Enerflo Support to verify the equipment mapping is correct.
Once the mapping is updated, the sales rep will need to unfinalize and refinalize the proposal, then reapply. Since the homeowner already has an existing application on file, the credit will not be run again.
Error 5: "400 Bad Request: Sorry, this offer is no longer available"
What This Error Means
This error appears when submitting a GoodLeap finance application and means that the finance rates in Enerflo are out of date and need to be synced.
How to Resolve It
Any user with org admin permissions can go to Settings > Pricing > Finance Options and click on GoodLeap or GoodLeap TPO.
Click the Sync button in the upper right.
Refresh pricing on the proposal, then resubmit the credit application.
Error 6: "[Adder Name] missing a GoodLeap mapping. Please have an admin add one."
What This Error Means
This error means that an adder on the deal has not been mapped to a GoodLeap improvement type, which is required before it can be included on a GoodLeap application.
How to Resolve It
A user with org admin permissions needs to update the adder mapping. See Admins: Adder Mapping for full instructions.
Go to Settings > Pricing > Adders and click into the adder named in the error.
Scroll down to the Associated Values section and set the GoodLeap improvement type mapping.
