Error 1: “422 Unprocessable Entity: Your request was rejected because your savings is less than the minimum required amount”

What This Error Means

This error indicates that the selected financing option results in customer savings below GoodLeap’s minimum required threshold.

How to Resolve It

  1. Select a different GoodLeap TPO rate that increases the customer’s potential savings to meet or exceed the minimum requirement.

  2. Update the pricing in Enerflo to check if the new configuration clears the error.

Error 2: “System Design is Unproductive”

What This Error Means

This error means that GoodLeap has determined the current system design to be unproductive, usually due to low efficiency metrics or poorly performing components.

How to Resolve It

  1. Optimize the system’s overall design to improve productivity. This could involve: - Removing or reconfiguring underperforming solar panels or arrays. - Improving the Total Solar Resource Fraction (TSRF) for specific arrays by addressing placement, orientation, or shading issues.

  2. Once the system design meets productivity standards - ensuring higher TSRF and eliminating any severely underperforming components - update the pricing to clear the error.

Contact GoodLeap for more specifics on exact requirements for savings and productivity.

Error 3: “GoodLeap Error: Applicant address must be the subject property address when homeOccupancy is PRIMARY"

What This Error Means

This error means that all address fields marked as the primary address within the application must match each other exactly.

How to Resolve It

Example: If one field uses Drive and another Dr. change all to match and application error should clear.
