Admin Portal
The StreetIO Admin Portal is a centralized hub for administration teams, providing tools for managing users, areas, leads, and Digital Welcome Calls. It includes features for quick reporting, setting up dealer structures, importing batch lead files, configuring surveys, ensuring oversight and control of all StreetIO operations
To access the StreetIO Admin Portal, users must log in with their existing, active Enerflo credentials. Only users with an Admin role within their org can access and manage settings in the portal.
Dashboard: Quick and easy reporting for production coming through the app
Dealers: Setting up and visualizing upline/downline structures
Customers: Listing customers created on the platform, with search options by creator, upline/downline, services, etc
Teams: Creating areas and setting team boundaries
Allows manually removing managers or reps from the team
Users: Creating, editing users, and monitoring user access
Leads: Importing batch lead files, Geo-location previews. These can be distributed to Sales Reps by Managers from their Lead Management Tile
Surveys: Viewing and downloading Digital Welcome Calls from customers. This includes video and screen recordings
Survey Configuration: Creating, editing, and publishing Digital Welcome Calls
