If suspicious activity is detected on a user account, the account will be temporarily flagged for security review. When this happens, the user will receive an automated email prompting them to reset their password.
Email Notification
The email sent to the user will include the following message:
"Your account has been flagged for suspicious activity. Don't worry, to continue using Enerflo, please reset your password. For more info, please contact support."
The email will also include a Reset Password button.
How to Resolve the Flag
To restore access to the account:
Open the email notification.
Click the Reset Password button.
Create a new password for the account.
What Happens After Resetting the Password
Once the password reset is completed:
The suspicious activity flag is automatically removed.
The user can log back into Enerflo normally.
No further action is required.
If the User Cannot Access the Email
If the user cannot locate the email or is unable to reset their password, they should contact Enerflo Support for assistance.
