Org Licenses

Org licenses are those applied to entire organizations (installers or sales orgs) to be used with financiers and in contracts. These can be viewed by admin users only by navigating to Settings > Org > Licenses.

To add a new org license, click +New in the upper right corner. In the popup window, choose the appropriate state, add the license number and expiration if applicable, and click Save. Repeat to add any additional licenses.

User Licenses

Managing licensing information for sales representatives in Enerflo involves specific roles and permissions. See this article for information on managing permissions by role. The permissions relevant to licensing are shown below - users can be allowed to manage no licenses, only their own, or their own and other users in their organization.

When the "Manage Own Licenses" permission is not enabled, only admin users have the authority to add or update licensing information for sales representatives. Admin users by default have all permissions.

For Sales Representatives

If you have the "Manage Own Licenses" permission enabled, follow these steps to update your licensing information:

  1. Log in to your Enerflo account.

  2. Navigate to the licensing section in your profile settings. Click your name in the upper right corner, My Account, and the Licenses tab.

  3. Click +New in the upper right to enter a new license. Choose the appropriate state, add the license number and expiration date if applicable, and click Save.

For Administrators

If a sales representative does not have the "Manage Own Licenses" permission, you can manage their licensing information by:

  1. Logging in to your admin account in Enerflo.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Org > Users, and search the user in the search bar.

  3. Navigate to the License section of their profile, and enter licensing details on their behalf as shown above.

Note: Currently LightReach requires the sales rep's state license number to be entered into the Integrations section of their profile. If you are seeing a LightReach error related to not having license information, please add it there. This does not require admin permissions. See this article for instructions.
