How to Share the CallPilot Welcome Call Link with a Homeowner

Explains how to correctly generate and share the CallPilot survey link with homeowners, and why sharing the deal/install tracker URL causes a login prompt.

Written by Emilie

When a deal requires a CallPilot welcome call, it's important to share the correct link with the homeowner. Sharing the wrong link — such as the install tracker or deal page URL from your browser — will prompt the homeowner to log into Enerflo, and will prevent them from completing the call.

How to get the correct CallPilot link

  1. Open the deal in Enerflo.

  2. Navigate to the Welcome Call section of the deal.

  3. Click the yellow Start Survey button. This generates a unique CallPilot survey link for this homeowner and deal.

  4. Copy the link displayed on that screen.

  5. Share the link with the homeowner via text, email, or your preferred communication method.

  6. The homeowner clicks the link and completes the call on their phone.

  7. Once completed, the welcome call status in Enerflo updates automatically.

Note: A new link is generated each time you click Start Survey. If the homeowner needs to retry the call or the previous link is no longer working, generate a fresh link using the same steps above.

Why the deal page URL doesn't work

The URL in your browser's address bar on the deal or install tracker page is not the CallPilot survey link. Sharing it will take the homeowner to an Enerflo login screen, which they don't have access to. Always use the link generated from the Start Survey button — never copy the URL from your browser bar.

Troubleshooting

If the welcome call shows as completed in the CallPilot portal but the status has not updated in Enerflo, contact Enerflo Support.
