What is a Dropdown Question?
As the name suggests, this is a simple question where respondents can respond to the question by using a dropdown menu to select one of the given options.
1. Name your Engagement and Add a Question
Create a new engagement and give it a name. You can also add a description if you want more detail. You can always change this later.
Next, we will add our question! Click on the “Add Question” button.
2. Select your Question Type
Click the “Dropdown” button.
3. Add a Title, Options and an Optional Description and Image for your Question
--> Add the title and description (optional) for your question as per bubble 1.
--> Next, add the dropdown options for your question as per bubble 2. You can add as many options as you want.
You can also add an image in the question as per bubble 3. Once you're done with the above, scroll down to preview your question and click "Save".
That's it. Congratulations on creating your Dropdown question.
4. Activating you Engagement
Go to the "Share" tab, click on "Mark as active", and copy the link by clicking the button near bubble 3. Now paste the link in new tab and hit go.
5. What does a Dropdown question look like?
The respondent can use the dropdown menu to answer the question and then click on Submit to complete the Engagement or move on to the next question.
