What is a Rating question?

As the name suggests, this is a simple question where respondents can rate an image or text question between 1-5 using a slider. This question-type may be helpful for prioritization activities.

1. Name your Engagement and Add a Question

Create a new engagement and give it a name. You can also add a description if you want more detail. You can always change this later.

Next, we will add our question! Click on the “Add Question” button.

2. Select your Question Type

Click the “Rating” button.

3. Add a Title and an Optional Description and Image for your Question

--> Add a title and description for your rating question as per bubble 1. The title is mandatory but the description is optional.

--> Optionally, add an image for your question as per bubble 2 and click "upload" button.

Once you're done with the above, scroll down to preview your question and click "save".

That's it. Congratulations on creating your Rating question.

4. Activating you Engagement.

Go to the "Share" tab, click on "Mark as active", and copy the link by clicking the button near bubble 3. Now paste the link in new tab and hit go.

5. What does the Rating Question look like?

The respondent can use the slider to rate the image or the question and then click on Submit to complete the Engagement or move on to the next question.
