How to add Team Members to your Organization

With a Team account, you can add team members to your Organization.

With a Team account, you can add team members to your Organization. This will allow everyone in your organization to create new engagements, edit existing ones, and see the results from any engagement in an organization.

Getting Started: Signing up for a Team plan

Step 1

In order to add teammates, you need a Team account.

  1. Go into your Organization and click on the Billing tab.

  2. Click the Update Billing button.

Step 2

You will now be in the Stripe billing platform. This is a secure area for payments.

  1. Select the Team plan from the options.

Step 3

Once you have selected the Team plan, now you can add additional seats. By default, the Team plan comes with 1 seat.

  1. Increase the quantity of Team seats that you need.

  2. You will see the monthly or annual total change.

Monthly Pricing

Team plan begins at $50 per month for 1 user. Additional users are $15 per month.

Save with Annual: Upgrading to an annual plan reduces this to $39 for 1 user and $9 for additional users.

Step 4

After you've selected your seat quantity, click continue and then you will see this summary page. If everything looks good, click continue again. This will take you to the payments page where you can enter your credit card info.

Step 5

Once you have checked out. You can go back to your organization's page. A new tab called Members will now be visible.

  1. Add team members emails.

  2. Click "Invite User" to send an invite email.

Once a user has been invited and they accept the invitation, they may edit, create, and view all engagements in an organization.

Step 6

  1. In the Members area you can see who is part of your org and how many seats you are using and have available.

  2. You can temporarily Inactivate or permanently remove a user in the tripe-dot button menu

Want to add more teammates?

Not a problem, go back to Step 1 and Update Billing. This will direct you to the stripe billing dashboard where you can add additional seats to your monthly or annual plan.
