We are sorry to see you go! If Engage isn't the right fit for you, you can easily cancel your plan.
Go to the Billing tab of your organization
Click on the Update Billing button.
By clicking on this button, you will be taken to the Stripe dashboard where you can downgrade to a Free Plan.
Downgrading: Please note that if you downgrade to a Free Plan, anyone on your Team will lose access to Engage once your billing cycle ends.
Your response limit will also be reduced.
