How to reset your device

To resolve it, you can try a hard reset:

Hard Reset:

  1. Simply press and hold the power button for at least 20 seconds.

  2. Then, plug your ENGO glasses in to charge normally.

If the Problem Persists:

If the hard reset doesn't fix the issue, we may need to take a closer look at your ENGO eyewear in our workshop.
