Issue connecting with Garmin

Are they sufficiently charged? Have they been turned on?

Are they already connected to another device?
Your ActiveLook eyewear may only connect to one device (data source) at a time. Your ActiveLook eyewear needs to be disconnected from any other device or application before your Garmin is able to find and connect to it. To make sure your ActiveLook eyewear is clear of other pairings, force-close (kill) any ActiveLook compatible applications that may have connected to it.

Has your ActiveLook data field registered another pair of eyewear?

If you've used a second pair of eyewear, the device may be searching for that pair. Access the data field settings pane in the Connect IQ application and simply delete the name of the glasses. Your Garmin will then reconnect to the first pair of glasses it detects.

Your Garmin needs to be rebooted

Sometimes the data field may not operate unless the Garmin device has been completely turned off and turned back on. This is often all that's needed.

Your data field may simply show a 'Display Off' page (code : 0)

Wave your hand in front of your eyewear's gesture sensor in order to swipe to an active data page. If you're not sure whether your gesture sensor is active or not, connect your eyewear to the ActiveLook mobile application and look for the gesture sensor status inside the 'Glasses' tab of the application.

Your data field is downloaded on your Garmin device, but is not activated for your current activity.

After successfully downloading the ActiveLook data field on your Garmin device, you then need to activate it in order to make it visible during your chosen activity.

The specific ActiveLook data field will then run and connect to your eyewear only when the corresponding Garmin activity (running, cycling, etc.) is launched.
