Adressing sensor connection issues

This article deals with sensors connection issues and missing metrics.

The mobile application has currently no capacity to reconnect to a sensor during an activity. It is therefore recommanded to confirm proper internet connection prior to starting your activity.

Launch the application only after you have started wearing the sensor: The application will connect to the sensor at launch.

If the application disconnects during your activity, you may close and relaunch the application so that it reconnects to the sensor again.
