I want to cancel my order

If you placed an order which is no longer need or was placed by mistake, you should be able to cancel it, depending on whether it has been shipped yet or not. In order to do so, you can either email us on customerservices@enlightensmiles.com or call us on 0207 424 3270 and choose option 1 (sales).

If you try to cancel order which has already been shipped, you will have to either:

  • wait for it to be delivered first, then organise a return

  • refuse the delivery and keep an eye on your account for a refund
