Doing whitening during Invisalign treatment is not ideal. Aligners do not give the best whitening results as they are not well sealed at the gingival margin which means that you may end up with darker cervical thirds (the area of the tooth closer to the gum) and much more sensitivity. For optimal results, it's best to do a course of whitening using the Vivera retainers (or similar) or the Enlighten trays at the end of your Invisalign treatment. 👍
