You have to be careful when unsharing a Class, as you don't want to unenroll any Enrollees unintentionally. Follow these steps to properly unshare a Class:
Step 1 - Shared Button
Go to the Class that you originally shared. Click the "Shared" button on the original Class.
Step 2 - Deselect the Class(es)
Deselect the Class, or click "Deselect all" to deselect all Classes. Select "Save" to save the changes. If this is the original Class that was shared, you will be able to click "Save" and the Class will be unshared.
If this is NOT the original Class, you will get the following message saying you have enrollments in the Program you wish to unshare. If you get a notification like the one below, you are trying to unshare the wrong Class (the Class that is inheriting the characteristics of the Class being shared and NOT the Class that is being shared):
Step 2b - Click Back to Cancel
IMPORTANT: Click the "Back" button to cancel and go to the ORIGINAL Class that was shared. HINT: It will be one of the other Classes that show up in the Shared window. Go back to Steps 1-2 to unshare the original Class.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT CLICKING "CONTINUE"
If you click the "Continue" button here, you will UN-ENROLL all the listed enrollments! This CANNOT BE UNDONE!
If the Enrollee is not enrolled in another Class within the same Program, the Enrollee will be moved to the Unassigned List. If the Enrollee IS enrolled in another Class within the same Program, they will NOT show up on the Unassigned List.
