Here are a few key points to keep in mind when adding Instructors to Classes:
You can't assign an Instructor to a Class until they are added to the system. Find out how to do that here.
You can add one or many Instructors to a Class.
Instructors added to a Class and have permission to manage Classes can do so in the Instructor app.
To add one or more Instructors to a Class, follow these simple steps:
Step 1 - Classes
Head to the Classes page and click on the down arrow beside the Class.
Step 2 - Open Class Editor
Locate the pencil icon and click on it to open the class editor.
Step 3 - Add Instructor
Scroll down to the Basic section. Look for the option labeled "Change Instructor" and click on it. A list of available Instructors will appear. Check the box beside the Instructor(s) you want to add to the class.
Instructor Information Viewable to Customers
If an Instructor is added to a Class, your Customers will be able to see the Instructor's name on each enrollment. If the Instructor has a bio, that is viewable to customers under the "details" link on each enrollment.
