How to Contact Enrollsy Customer Support

Enrollsy customers can contact Customer support via our Help Center, Chat Support and Email

These are support contacts for Admin or Instructor users only!

If you are a customer of one of our clients (i.e., a parent or guardian of someone enrolled in an organization that uses Enrollsy), please see: How to contact Support as a Customer.

Support Center

First, have I looked up my question/issue in Enrollsy's Support Center? If not, please try and find your answer in one of our hundreds of support articles. NOTE: We will be producing support videos in the next few months (updated March 2023)


If you still can't find the answer you're looking for, use the chat bubble in the bottom-right of your screen.

The chat bubble is visible within the Enrollsy back office admin application; sign into, and you'll see it. It is also in our Support Center.

Once in the chat, we will need to know who you are.

  • Are you one of our clients (a.k.a, Admin User)? If yes, please ensure you are logged into Enrollsy before you start chatting, so we will know who we are talking to.

  • Are you an Instructor? Ensure you are logged into the Instructor portal before starting a chat conversation so we know who you are.

  • Are you a Customer of a company (a.k.a., you or your child is enrolled in a company that is one of our clients)? If yes, please reach out to the company you are enrolled with and speak to one of their administrators before contacting us.

Please be SPECIFIC in your description of your issue. See this article for the details we are looking for.

Phone Call

In some cases, you may need a brief phone call. In the following cases, you may contact Customer Support at 434-361-4906:

  • An urgent situation and need to talk to someone in support

  • Training on Program or Class setup (or training for new Admin users)

One-on-One Training

If you're in need of more in-depth training (Program and/or Class setup) or need us to demonstrate our product via screen share, we offer the following options for Zoom meetings:

  • The first option is paid support for a scheduled meeting. These support meetings are for more use-case-specific questions, training, or set-up questions that Enrollsy clients want hands-on help with. We conduct these meetings using Zoom so we can be as helpful as possible. Paid support meetings are either 30 minutes ($40 - schedule now) or 60 minutes ($75 - schedule now). Payment for these meetings will need to be made at the time you schedule using a credit/debit card.

  • The second option is a free annual (once-per-year) account review. This meeting is a time for us to check in with each other and see how things are going. They are 30 minutes long (schedule now) and can be used for anything you wish.

New Client Post-Implementation Meetings

If you are a new client and have NOT scheduled a post-implementation meeting with training on the following topics, please let us know via chat:

  • Posting refunds

  • Posting charges, payments, and credits

  • Moving Enrollees to other Programs or Classes

  • How to edit your Enroll Form or Program Forms

  • How to test Enroll Form

  • How to create, edit, or delete Users

  • Where and how to send account sign-in and enroll links

  • Creating discounts and coupon codes

  • Adding location or Admin users

  • How to edit returned transaction fees and add/edit card processing fees
