You've just completed your setup of Enrollsy and published your custom Enroll Form. Now what? How do people get to it? You might be looking for some verbiage you can use to send out an email to all of your existing and prospective customers so that they can get enrolled. In this article, we'll do our best to help you out.
Enroll Form Links
Enroll links are available to copy in various places throughout the app. You can click these links to copy them to your clipboard and then paste them into an email, a text message, or a button on your website.
NOTE: You'll notice that links from the Company tab are shortened so you can use them more efficiently in text messages.
General Enroll Link
The general Enroll Link can be found on the My Company page (person icon in upper-right corner, then "My Company"). Click the link icon to copy the link address.
Other links that can be found on the My Company page include:

Create a Customized Enroll Form Link
Say you want to send a specific Enroll link to someone for a particular Program, schedule, and time. You can send them a customized Enroll link.
Important Notes About Customized Enroll Links
Customized Enroll links will NOT work for Private Programs at this time
If a Customer clicks on the "sign in" tab and then back to the Enroll Form without breaking the prefilled course selection; which results in the Program selection not showing on the Submissions page
Currently, there is no way to share an enrollment link to a specific Class. We only link to Programs.
You can do this using these methods:
Option 1 - Enroll Link Builder
To do this, follow these steps:
Head over to Classes > Classes Tab.
Click on the Link beside "Programs." Here, you can fill in any of the Program Options you've created (in the case of this example, those options are):
After filling in the necessary information, click on the link icon to copy it. From here, you can use the link on your website or social media or text or email it to your prospective/current customer.
Option 2 - Use URLsy
URLsy is an add-on service available at an additional cost of $1.00 per link + QR code. Find out more here (and sign up).
Send a QR Code
If you need to create a QR code that people can scan to enroll in your Programs or Classes, follow these steps.
Copy the link that you want to create the QR Code for. You can either use one from the My Company Page or any Program link.

You can also use a generic QR code genrator. Open your browser and do a seach for "QR Code generator," such as this one. Follow the instructions in the image below:
Enter the URL (the copied enrollment link from Step 1)
Click the "Convert to Dynamic to Shorten URL" button. Shortening the URL will make your QR Code smaller and easier to scan.
Change colors, add a logo, and customize the design
You can rename your Code by clicking on its title
Create folders to organize your QR Codes
Click the copy icon to copy the QR Code
Insert the QR Code into the document or file you are sending (we recommend scanning it yourself to ensure the right link was copied and pasted).
Use URLsy

Add Enrollsy to Your Website
To add one of these links to a button on your website:
Open your website editor (or the HTML file of the page you want to add it to)
Add/select the button you want to use and paste the link into the anchor tag.
Embed the Enroll Form on Your Website
To embed the Enroll Form so that it opens up as a window on your website, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Add to the Website
There are two places within Enrollsy to get to the place where you can embed Enrollsy.
1 - Enroll Page -The first is the Enroll page on the left menu. Click on the blue circle at the top right. Then click on "Add to website."
2- My Company Page - The second is the My Company page. Click on the person icon in the top right corner then select "My Company." On this page, under the links, click on "Embed Enrollsy on your site."
Step 2 - Button or Text Link
Decide if you want a button on your site or a text link:
Step 3 - Design Options
Option 1 - Button Design
Design Settings - You can design the button how you want with these options:
Page - select the page (the default page is "Enroll Form")
Text - change the text to your liking
Button Color - change the color of the button
Text Color - change the color of the text
Rounded corners - change the shape of the button
Text Size - change the size of the text
Option 2 - Text Link Design
Design Settings - You can design the button how you want with these options:
Text - change the text to your liking
Text Color change the color of the text
Text Size - change the size of the text
Step 4 - Prefill Program Settings
Here you can choose a pre-selected Program that will be prefilled on the Enroll Form. Choose the Location (if more than one), Enrollment Period, and Program:
Step 5 - Embed Code
After completing the design, click the button to copy the Short code. Place this code in your page's HTML where you'd like the text link/button to appear. When a user clicks on the text link/button, your Enrollsy form will appear as a sliding drawer.
Examples of Enroll Form Window
When the Enroll Button is embedded on a website, a window will open on the side.
However, some web host providers (i.e., Wix) make it impossible for third-party apps to be embedded. Even if a Wix app is built, it wouldn't have all the functionality we offer. If this is the case, the link will open a new window/tab. See this Workaround for steps on what to do if your web host provider does not allow third-party apps.

If the above does not work (or you use a web host that won't allow third-party apps), here is a workaround:
Step 1 - Insert a button within your website editor
